Willemijn

As a Dutch woman who left her life behind in her own country, Willemijn decided to move to Buenos Aires to pursue her true passion: Tango. Despite having a stable job, a relationship and a lovely home, her passion for Tango inspired her to take a leap of faith and move to Buenos Aires. Today, Willemijn continues to share her passion – by dancing in the streets of Buenos Aires. "In the Netherlands I might have felt that I had organised everything too well, but Tango made me realise that something was still missing"

Museo Evita

Despite nearly 65 years having passed since her death, Eva Perón remains a symbol of women's empowerment in Argentina. Her efforts to help the poor and secure women's right to vote made her even more famous than her husband, the President of Argentina, Juan Perón. Museo Evita is a tribute to her lasting impact and dedication to social justice.  "She broke all standards and remained undeterred in her fight for women's rights."

Carla

Unlike many who leave the countryside seeking a better life in the city, Carla did the opposite to follow her passion for winemaking. By continuously stepping out of her comfort zone, she stays true to herself and remains open to new perspectives. This led her to navigating challenges with an open mind. Leaving everything behind was not easy, but gradually she began to build a new life for herself.  "We try to do the best with everything we have"
