How do returns work
Received your order but not entirely satisfied? Don't worry, we offer a simple return procedure.
Upon receiving your order, you have the right to return one or more products within 30 days. Returning your product(s) is quick and easy through our return portal.
To qualify for a return, the product you wish to return must be visibly unused and undamaged in its original packaging. This enables us to offer the product again to other customers. Please note that we charge a contribution of €6.95 for return costs, after which you will receive a digital shipping label from us.

Why can't I return my order for free?
We strive to provide you with the best possible service, but we also believe in transparency about the impacts of returns. Not all returned products can be resold in our webshop. Therefore, starting from 1 July 2024, we will charge a return fee of €6.95 for all returns.
This will largely assist us in avoiding unnecessary waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. In addition to our economic and social sustainability goals, we continually aim to improve our environmental impact.
We encourage you to make conscious purchasing decisions and only return when necessary. By charging a small fee for returns, together we can reduce our impact on the environment.
