TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2025" PROMOTION
GENERAL
These terms and conditions of the "SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2025" promotion govern the fundamental principles, terms, usage rules, and rights of participating individuals, as well as the obligations of the organiser.
The participating partner of the "SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2025" promotion is SUITSUIT International B.V., located in Soest, Nieuwegracht 8-01, 3763 LB Soest, Netherlands, with VAT number: NL822113442B01 and Chamber of Commerce number: 27373465 (hereinafter referred to as the "organiser").
The promotion is conducted by the SUITSUIT online store, accessible via the website https://suitsuit.com.
Customers can participate in the promotion after meeting the participation conditions and becoming participants in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as "participant").
PROMOTION PERIOD
The purpose of the promotion is to provide participants with the opportunity to benefit from the offer under the terms set out in these regulations. During the promotion period, participants are granted a discount that includes a price reduction on the products listed on the website: https://nl.suitsuit.com/.
The promotion runs from 10-04-2025 at 00:00 until 27-04-2025 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion period").
DISCOUNT DETAILS
Participation in the promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing products under the promotion does not entail any additional costs for the participant, except for the payment of the prices of the products included in the promotion and any applicable shipping costs).
To participate in the promotion, the customer must, during the promotion period:
Add the products included in the promotion to the shopping cart;
Enter the discount code in the "Shopping Cart" section before placing the order and click the "Apply Coupon" button. Providing the aforementioned discount code after placing the order does not entitle the customer to participate in the promotion. Failure to enter the discount code means the buyer waives the right to use the promotion offer for a specific transaction. In such a case, once the payment is completed, the buyer loses the right to use the promotion offer for the executed transaction.
Under the promotion, the regular price of the product(s) purchased by the participant in the online store is reduced by the amount covered by the promotion, namely:

The promotion does not cover any shipping costs for products purchased under the promotion. These costs are fully borne by the participant. Some products may be excluded from the promotion during the promotion period.
STACKABILITY & COMBINATIONS
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, price reductions, special sales, special price offers, or special product offers applicable in the online store, unless otherwise specified in the terms of such a promotion, discount, price reduction, special sale, special price offer, or special product offer.
If multiple products eligible for the promotion are purchased simultaneously, the promotion is proportionally applied to the total price of the eligible products, considering the original, full prices of the purchased products.
The promotion is not payable in cash and is non-transferable.
PARTICIPANTS' RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations and provide honest and accurate information when participating in the promotion. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in the promotion if incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided.
ORGANISER'S RIGHTS
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason. This includes situations involving force majeure, technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances that hinder the execution of the promotion.
CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION TERMS
