Before you order, we would like to ask you to help us. Of course, there's a possibility that you'd like to return your purchased item. When you return a discounted item, we will request a small contribution, also if your order total exceeds € 50. This way, we can collectively contribute something meaningful to the world.

Return

For orders over € 50, you pay no shipping costs. We simply send your order to you free of charge. Would you like to return an order? That too is, and always will be, no problem. However, returning items that are or were reduced in price - even if your order exceeded € 50 - is no longer free of charge. We now charge €6.95 per package. So, buy consciously and only order discounted items you are sure you want to keep.

By the way, we do not keep the charged return costs ourselves. We periodically donate them to Free A Girl. This charity fights for a world without the sexual exploitation of children.

We understand that you are awaiting your SUITSUIT items. Due to the rush of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we expect a delay in delivery time. Of course, we make sure your SUITSUIT items are shipped as soon as possible, but after shipment we depend on our delivery courier DHL. Unfortunately, due to the expected rush at DHL, it may take longer for you to receive your order. As indicated on our website, the delivery time may be 1 to 3 working days longer than normal.
