Promotional Conditions Vespa Giveaway

GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to the "Fusion Summer Giveaway", hereinafter referred to as "the promotion," organised by SUITSUIT International BV, located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT." By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION

1. Participation in the promotion is free and possible throughout the entire promotional period. To enter, leave your full name and email address on the designated promotional page on the website. From that moment on, you stand a chance to win. Increase your chances of winning by inviting friends to participate in this promotion.
2. By participating in the giveaway, you give SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you a newsletter via email. You can always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the respective email.
3. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger than 18 years old, you may only participate with written consent from your parent(s) or guardian(s).

DURATION AND DRAW

1. The promotional period runs from August 1st, 00:00, to August 31st, 2023, 23:59.
2. The weekly prize winners will be randomly drawn every Wednesday using an external application.
3. The winner of the grand prize will be drawn on September 1st, 2023, using an external application.
4. The winners will be personally informed via the email address used to enter the promotion within 5 working days after the draw date.
5. If the promotion winner does not respond within 48 hours after receiving the email, the claim to the prize will be withdrawn, and a new draw will take place.
6. The decision of SUITSUIT regarding the winners is final and cannot be contested.
7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or products.

8. The prizes can only be sent to the countries in Europe where we are able to ship our products to.

GRAND PRIZE

1. The grand prize consists of a Vespa scooter. This scooter is exclusively available in one colour variant.
2. The winner must possess a valid AM drivers license, allowing them to ride a scooter.
3. The winner must be present during the scooter handover. The scooter's registration will be transferred to the winner's name. After taking over the scooter, the winner must insure it in accordance with legal requirements and is fully responsible for the scooter.
4. The date of handover must be communicated in writing to SUITSUIT, after which SUITSUIT will contact the winner to arrange the final appointment.
5. The Vespa scooter must be handed over no later than September 30th, 2023. If the winner cannot be present for the handover before this date, the right to the prize will be forfeited.

PRIVACY

1. Providing personal data is necessary for participation in the promotion.
2. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT during this giveaway will be included in their database and treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. The personal data will not be sold to third parties or made available to third parties in any other way.
4. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion and future promotions and offers.
5. At the participant's request, their personal data will be removed by SUITSUIT.

GENERAL

1. SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damages, costs, or burdens arising from participation in the promotion, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
2. SUITSUIT reserves the right to modify or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotional period without prior notice or to terminate the promotion without stating a reason, without any obligation to compensate participants in any way.
3. SUITSUIT reserves the right to exclude a participant from the promotion if the participant provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or if the participant commits or attempts to commit fraud or in any other way violates the terms and conditions of the promotion or unfairly influences the promotion. Upon exclusion, the participant will no longer be eligible for the prize.
4. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
5. In cases where these terms and conditions do not provide, a decision will be made by SUITSUIT.
