Terms and Conditions Wishlist Promotion

FESTIVE | "WIN YOUR OWN WISHLIST WORTH €300"

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the "win your wishlist worth €300" giveaway, hereinafter referred to as "the promotion," organised by SUITSUIT International BV, located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT". By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION

1. Participation in the promotion is free and possible throughout the entire promotional period. You can participate by providing your email address and creating an account on the designated promotion page on the website. From that moment on, you have a chance to win. Please note: it is essential to create an account and log in so that we can verify that you have created a wishlist within the promotion period.
2. By participating in the giveaway, you give SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you newsletters via email. You can always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the respective email.
3. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger than 18 years old, you may only participate with written consent from your parent(s) or guardian(s).
4. You can participate only once. Your full first name, last name, and email address will be considered as one unique combination.

DURATION AND DRAW

1. The promotional period runs from November 30, 00:01 CET, until December 7, 2023, 23:59 CET.
2. The winner of the grand prize will be drawn on December 8, 2023, using an external application.
3. The winners will be personally informed via the email address used to enter the promotion within 5 working days after the draw date.
4. If the promotion winner does not respond within 48 hours after receiving the email, the claim to the prize will be withdrawn, and a new draw will take place.
5. The decision of SUITSUIT regarding the winners is final and cannot be contested.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

PRIZE

1. You can win your own wishlist worth €300.00.

PRIVACY

1. Providing personal data is necessary for participation in the promotion.
2. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT during this giveaway will be included in their database and treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. The personal data will not be sold to third parties or made available to third parties in any other way.
4. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion and future promotions and offers.
5. At the participant's request, their personal data will be removed by SUITSUIT.

GENERAL

1. SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damages, costs, or burdens arising from participation in the promotion, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
2. SUITSUIT reserves the right to modify or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotional period without prior notice or to terminate the promotion without stating a reason, without any obligation to compensate participants in any way.
3. SUITSUIT reserves the right to exclude a participant from the promotion if the participant provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or if the participant commits or attempts to commit fraud or in any other way violates the terms and conditions of the promotion or unfairly influences the promotion. Upon exclusion, the participant will no longer be eligible for the prize.
