Terms & Conditions Fusion giveaway

Participation in this giveaway is free and open throughout the entire promotion period. You can participate by providing your full name and email address on the designated page on the website suitsuit.com. From that moment on, you will be entered into the draw. 

By participating in this giveaway, you grant SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you a newsletter via email. You can opt out of receiving these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the respective email. 

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the permission of a parent or guardian. 

You may participate in this giveaway only once. Your first name, surname, and email address will be considered a unique combination. 

The promotion period runs from February 14 to March 9, 2025. 

The winner will be randomly selected on March 10, 2025 by an impartial SUITSUIT employee. 

The winner will be personally informed via the email address used to enter the giveaway within 5 working days of the draw. 

If the winner does not respond within two weeks of the notification date, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and a new draw will be conducted. 

There will be no correspondence regarding the outcome of the draw with SUITSUIT. 

The prize “Win a trip to Iceland worth €2000, -” consists of a trip to Iceland valued at €2000, - including VAT. This trip includes flights, accommodation, a rental car, Fusion products, and a travel guide packed with tips for things to do while on the trip. The trip will last 5 days, depending on the winner’s availability. The trip takes place in 2025, with the exception of the months of July, August, and December. Travel and/or cancellation insurance is not included. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. 

Participating in this competition is only possible if the winner or their travel partner can drive a rental car. This requires a minimum age of 25 years and a valid driving licence. 

The winner will receive an email within 30 days, during which the booking arrangements for the trip will be discussed. 

SUITSUIT will bear any applicable gambling tax. 

The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the required and valid travel documents and any travel or cancellation insurance. The costs for these are the responsibility of the prize winner and are not included in the prize. 

The personal data collected – in this case, the first name, date of birth, and email of participants – will be used solely by SUITSUIT and only shared with partners if necessary for organising the trip. 

The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT as part of this giveaway will be included in its database and treated confidentially, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 

Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties. 

The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion, as well as future promotions and offers. 

Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete the participant’s personal data. 

SUITSUIT is not responsible for any damages, costs, or charges arising from participation in the giveaway, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. 

SUITSUIT accepts no liability for changes to or the cancellation of the trip selected by the winner, which is booked (in part) using the obtained holiday voucher. 

Furthermore, SUITSUIT accepts no liability for events occurring during the trip. The trip is undertaken at the winner's own risk, subject to the terms and conditions set by the travel provider. SUITSUIT advises the winner to carefully read the travel provider’s terms and conditions before the trip. 

SUITSUIT may, at its discretion and without prior notice, modify or amend these terms and conditions during the promotion period or terminate the promotion without giving any reason, without being liable for any damages towards the participants. 

In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, SUITSUIT will make a decision. 

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
